Sirius - Problem with riding down hills

“My advanced endurance horse, Sirius, suddenly started to struggle going down hills; he seemed to lose balance, was crabbing sideways and was clearly very upset. I suspected a back problem. My saddle was checked by the saddler and some minor adjustments made, but with no resolution to the hill issue. My equine physiotherapist had a look at Sirius and, ultimately, my vets took him in for investigations, but there appeared to be nothing wrong with his back.

I asked Adam to spend some time with Sirius doing some general healing and during their time together Sirius drew Adam very strongly to his stomach area and communicated a need for herbs. As a consequence of that, I put Sirius on a gastro supplement and within a few days he was again travelling downhill in a straight line without any signs of discomfort. I will always now involve Adam up front if I have any issues with my horses; he is a really important part of the team.”

Banner - Herniated Disc (bulging disc)

“After seeing several signs of my Brittany dog, Banner, being in pain when walking, and unable to jump up and leap about in his usual fashion, I took him to my vets and they diagnosed him with a Herniated Disc (bulging disc). Typically, such an injury can take up to 8 weeks to recover from fully. However, I started using the Photizo Vetcare device on him after a few days, and he then made a full recovery in around three weeks.

On another occasion, he developed an excessive thirst accompanied by a corresponding increase in frequency and duration of urination, and despite comprehensive tests and scans the vets were unable to offer a diagnosis. Again, use of the Photizo appeared to afford him some relief from any discomfort he may have been experiencing.

We also use the Photizo regularly on the horses here at North Worcestershire Equestrian Centre for joint/muscle pains and other symptoms, and I have used it on myself a few times as well!“

Noah - Problems with Riding

Noah had to be taken out of work by his new guardian, Sophie, due to riding issues.

During the consultation session we established that this learned behaviour stemmed from previous owner's bad treatment. He also lacked confidence with other horses. During the healing session Noah displayed signs of relieving these past bad experiences and emotions. He showed this by lying down 3 times, head shaking, yawning, snorting and loud noises.

Sophie joined me during the session and consoled him throughout the process. As a result Noah's confidence is back and Sophie is now very keen to bring him back into work.

Pixie - The cat that would not go out

Pixie had stopped going out for the last 4 years and she slept all day. During the consultation this turned out to be related to a past bad experience with a dominant local cat. After a consultation session Niki, the gaurdian, sent the following:

”Thank you so much for coming to have a chat with Pixie.

She is definitely more lively and has even been asking to go outside! In fact, she is out there now.

She seems so much better in herself and far more willing to come and sit on my lap rather than just sleeping all day.

She also let me give her healing yesterday and did spend most of the day curled up on the Reiki bed too, after a client treatment.

Many thanks again”

Thowra - 9 year old mare with multiple sarcoids

"Thowra, my 9 year mare had multiple bad malicious sarcoids in very dangerous locations - the worst being on her fetlock joint and below her chin. After multiple attempts with holistic treatments the Sarcoids were surgically removed, then lasered, then treated with Liverpool cream - each time growing back. A few weeks after the final treatment with Liverpool Cream (for which multiple vets and the University of Liverpool gave her a bad prognosis due to the Sarcoids locations and history), she was rushed to the vets for a major operation to treat an infection of her jaw bone which had been festering underneath the dead sarcoid covering it. After a week at the vet on fluids and antibiotics she came home, a very large open hole under her jaw showing bone and even some tooth. The bone was black and dying and the flesh surrounding the wound had a high chance of returning infections....on Adam's recommendations I tried the Photizo device along with cream given to me by my vet. I used the device daily on the wound and bone to help the healing process - the results were amazing!

Thowra's wound began healing quickly and within 3 weeks the bone was almost completely covered and she was allowed to go back out into the field! The vet was extremely happy and had initially estimated that she would need to be stabled at least 5 weeks until it was healed enough. Now, 3 months later, it has completely healed with very little scarring - in fact, it's difficult to see that there was any wound there at all! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for something to help with wound recovery"
